Daily Academy Schedule

  • 9:00-9:15 Arrival
  • 9:15-9:30 Stretching/ Warm Up and  Conditioning Exercises
  • 9:30-12:00 Session 1 Skill Focused Stations (Working on the 5 Key Tools)
  • 12:00-1:00 Lunch
  • 1:00-1:45 Session 2 Skill Focused Stations (Working on the 5 Key Tools)
  • 1:45-2:45 Simulated Baseball Games
  • 2:45-3:00 Recap and Individualized Take Home Assignment
