Coach Bo enters his fourth season with the Cypress Bay Lightning. Bo comes from a baseball background. Born in Venezuela, He is the son of Major League Baseball player Baudilio "Bo" Diaz, who played in the big leagues for 12 years from 1979 to 1990. Coach Bo played at Wellington High School where he earned a 6A State Championship in 1999 and was Honorable Mention in the state of Florida. In his collegiate years, he played at Lynn University, Stetson University, and Flagler College. He has earned two Master's degree and is big on academics. He brings a positive outlook and passion to the game. He works hard to promote all around players that are leaders in the community. You will see him use his formula of S+S=S. Come by the field and he will share his formula with you. He has a great support at home with his wife Victoria and his 3 children, Bo Andre, Emiliana, and Lucas.
